Extra Moist Pumpkin Bread
By queenbe
Thank You Friend
This recipe was graciously given to me by an old friend. It is very quick and easy to make. You will have two loaves of this scrumptious bread and they will not last long. They are too good. Great with a cup of tea, coffee, milk or even plain. It is not the least bit dry.
Extra Moist Pumpkin Bread
Beat together:
3 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 16oz. can of pumpkin
1 cup oil I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 cup water
Stir in:
3 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp.salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Option: chopped nuts or dates.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 oven for 1 hour.
Cool in pans for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove to cooling racks to continue cooling.
ENJOY
